It can be used as a light perfume; dab one drop on each wrist. As it is an essential oil (not a fragrance) it will naturally dissipate so reapply as often as desired
In skin care, palmarosa regulates oil, balances oily and combination skin and supports healthy skin cell regeneration. It is antiseptic and antimicrobial, and can be applied a high concentration for acute skin conditions, such as boils.
Palmarosa essential oil is steam distilled from the fresh or dried wild grass.

Blend 5-10 drops and add to a bath.
Mix 5-10 drops with water to use in an oil burner.
Mix 6-10 drops with hot water as an inhalation.
