Aromatherapy and mental wellbeing

Aromatherapy can help to reduce stress by stimulating the release of endorphins, which are hormones that have mood-boosting effects. It can help to improve mood by stimulating the production of serotonin, a neurotransmitter that is involved in mood regulation. In addition, aromatherapy can help to increase feelings of relaxation by stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for the body’s rest and digest response. And it can help with sleep by promoting relaxation and reducing stress.
What oils do I use?
When it comes to essential oils & mental well-being, most oils are great to use.
