Eucalyptus essential oil is high in cineol (70% approx.), which lubricates and soothe sinuses and bronchial passages, supporting cool and clear breathing and a healthy respiratory function.

This essential oil is one of the essential oils in our ‘Breathe Ease’ blend, to help naturally clear breathing.

It also invigorates and soothe muscles before and after physical activity, so is useful as a massage oil.

In skincare, eucalyptus essential oil supports healthy skin and is suitable for those prone to acne and breakouts due to its antimicrobial affects.

It is also naturally antibacterial and antiseptic.

Eucalyptus essential oil is steam distilled from the leaf.

100% pure eucalytpus essential oil – nothing else is added.

Blend 5-10 drops and add to a bath.

Mix 5-10 drops with water to use in an oil burner.

Mix 6-10 drops with hot water as an inhalation.

Patch test before use on the skin.

Eucalyptus blends well with herbaceous and woody aromas, and peppermint and black pepper.

Safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding when used within the guidelines.

Can be diffused or applied topically up to 0.5% for children under 3 years old. For children 3-6 years old, diffuse or apply topically up to 1%. For children 7+ years, follow the standard guidelines for children. Do not apply to or near the face of children.

For use on the skin, dilute up to a maximum of 20% essential oil in a carrier oil. Patch test before use.

Do not take internally unless prescribed by a qualified practitioner.
